1. About All Star Painters

All Star Painters provides residential and commercial painting-related services. Information on this website is intended to help customers learn about our services, request estimates, ask questions, and contact our business.

Website content does not create a binding service agreement unless All Star Painters and the customer enter into a separate written estimate, proposal, work order, or contract.

2. Website Use

4. Scheduling and Project Dates

Project dates and completion timelines are estimates unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

Scheduling may be affected by:

• Weather conditions
• Material availability
• Property access
• Changes requested by the customer
• Surface conditions or required repairs
• Delays involving contractors, suppliers, or other third parties
• Events beyond the reasonable control of All Star Painters

All Star Painters will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant scheduling changes.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate project and contact information.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer may be responsible for:

• Providing safe and reasonable access to the property
• Removing or securing valuables, decorations, furniture, vehicles, and personal belongings
• Keeping children and pets away from work areas
• Identifying known hazards or unsafe conditions
• Disclosing lead paint, asbestos, mold, water damage, structural issues, or other known property concerns
• Obtaining approvals from landlords, property managers, homeowners' associations, or other authorized parties
• Providing access to electricity, water, parking, or other agreed-upon resources

All Star Painters is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by inaccurate information, restricted access, undisclosed hazards, or failure to prepare the work area as agreed.

6. Paint Colors and Materials

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving paint colors, finishes, products, and other materials before application.

Colors may appear different because of lighting, surrounding surfaces, screen settings, sheen, texture, age, or the number of coats applied.

Sample colors and digital images are not guarantees of an exact final appearance.

Changes to approved colors or materials may result in additional labor, material costs, and scheduling changes.

7. Surface Conditions and Preparation

Painting results depend on the age, condition, construction, previous coatings, moisture level, and preparation of the surface.

All Star Painters will perform the preparation work described in the applicable agreement. Unless specifically included, services may not cover structural repairs, major carpentry, water intrusion, mold remediation, electrical work, plumbing, roofing, or other specialized repairs.

Preexisting damage, hidden defects, moisture, peeling layers, failed previous coatings, settling, movement, or improper prior repairs may affect the appearance or durability of the finished work.

8. Change Orders and Additional Work

Any work requested outside the original scope may require a written change order, revised estimate, or additional authorization.

Additional work may affect:

• The total price
• Material requirements
• Deposit or payment amounts
• Project scheduling
• Completion dates

All Star Painters may decline work that is unsafe, outside its service capabilities, or not included in the agreed project scope.

9. Payment Terms

Payment requirements will be stated in the applicable estimate, proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

Depending on the project, All Star Painters may require:

• A deposit
• Progress payments
• Payment for materials
• Final payment upon substantial completion

Customers agree to pay all authorized charges according to the agreed payment schedule.

Late, returned, disputed, or unpaid amounts may be subject to fees, collection costs, work suspension, or other remedies allowed by the applicable agreement and law.

10. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms may be stated in the customer's estimate, proposal, or service agreement.

Customers should provide as much notice as reasonably possible when requesting a schedule change.

The customer may be responsible for costs already incurred, including:

• Special-order materials
• Custom-mixed paint
• Labor already performed
• Equipment or subcontractor reservations
• Restocking or cancellation charges
• Other nonrefundable project expenses

11. Communications

By providing your phone number or email address, you authorize All Star Painters to contact you regarding your inquiry, estimate, appointment, project, invoice, or customer-service matter.

All Star Painters does not send unsolicited promotional or marketing communications.

Service-related communications may include:

• Responses to questions
• Estimate information
• Appointment confirmations
• Scheduling updates
• Project updates
• Payment or invoice notices
• Follow-up communications related to requested or completed services

Text-message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to discontinue text messages or HELP for assistance.

12. Website Information

All Star Painters makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate. However, website content may contain errors, outdated information, or incomplete descriptions.
